Where are you located?

I have returned to my home workshop at 5418 S Rocheblave St NOLA 70125. Please do not just stop by unannounced. This is my private home and I would appreciate the respect of an appointment before arrival.

What time is my delivery?

Can I PICK UP and save the delivery fee?

When you fill out your order on the form, there is a drop down window you can choose your delivery time from. If you forgot, please reference your invoice that was originally sent for review and payment. It is in the “DELIVERY” window on your invoice.

As of December 1, 2022 I have partnered with d’Livery.live to make sure all the orders get out and delivered on time. This also affords me less interruption of production. So, no, pick up is no longer and option.

How much are your cookies?

My cookies start at $28 a dozen. If you are requesting a design that is more detailed, the price will adjust accordingly.

What kind of cookie do you make?

My cookies are a butter-almond shortbread cookie. They are made with butter, powdered sugar, flour, and a natural/artificial blend almond extract. They are rolled 1/8th” thin and usually about 3 1/2 - 5” diameter for a delicate treat.

Do you have a nut free option?

YES!!!! Just put in your order that you would like the nut-free option. That dough is made with vanilla extract INSTEAD of the almond extract. When baking I make sure all surfaces are nut-free as well.

Other Allergens or Dietary Restrictions:

  1. I do not do Gluten Free

  2. There are no eggs in the dough, but there is Meringue Powder in the icing.

  3. I do not have a Vegan option

  4. I use real butter in the dough.

How can I send a picture I would like referenced?

You can send all pictures to: orders@jcbcreations.com

How many cookies are in a dozen?

This question always throws me. There are 12 cookies in a dozen.

Yes, sometimes i bake extra in case of breakage, but the extras are not always guaranteed.

Why doesn’t anyone answer the phone?

So much has changed in the 20 years I have been doing this, and technology has allowed me to be more productive. That said, I am a one woman show. Between making dough, cutting, baking , decorating, packaging, delivering, receiving product, answering emails, sending invoices, and email reminders there is just not enough time in the day.

The order form gives me all the details I need in writing (so please make sure you check what you enter before sending).
